The employees were helpful with helmet size and fit, as well as the specs and unique features of the helmet. One employee owned the same helmet and was able to explain his experience with it and additional parts you can get for it. When I ordered the helmet, they were able to get me a brand new helmet in the same color and size as the discounted one I found online for the same price, and even let me use my $25 off $100 or more coupon since I was no longer ordering a closeout item. It got there quickly and I picked it up no problem. Awesome helmet and an absolute steal."
